Initiative proposing the addition of Title Nine Bis to the Federal Criminal Code (Código Penal Federal) to classify and penalize crimes committed through artificial intelligence systems. Establishes definitions of AI System, Fraudulent Synthetic Content, and Responsible Human Agent; principle of human responsibility; rules of authorship and participation; aggravating factors for use of AI in crimes against life, integrity, property, and privacy; classifies the offense of obstruction of critical AI systems and unlawful commercialization of malicious AI systems.
