Initiative under development by the Comisión del Senado de análisis, seguimiento y evaluación sobre la aplicación y desarrollo de la Inteligencia Artificial (Senate Commission for Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation of Artificial Intelligence Application and Development) in Mexico. Seeks to be a flexible standard that considers risk factors, establishes mandatory technical standards, transparency regarding the data used to train a model, clarity on how the algorithms employed function, and fosters national innovation.
